Work Location: Krong Steung Saen, Kampong Thom Province
Duration: 06 months
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Project Manager and works closely with Steung Saen Municipality.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection: Visit households and businesses in the assigned areas to collect information (GPS location, photos, address, owner name, phone number) and enter it into the SWM (Solid Waste Management) platform using the project’s Mobile App.
- Data Quality: Check and verify the collected data before it is submitted to the City Hall Dashboard.
- Municipality Coordination: Act as the daily contact with Steung Saen Municipality and local authorities; coordinate field schedules and support municipal officers in using the platform.
- Public Awareness: Explain and guide residents on the SWM platform and encourage timely payment of sanitation fees.
- Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with planning, meetings, training, and daily/weekly progress reports.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, Business, Community Development, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate student is engage to apply.
- Basic skill in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar tool and online meeting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with local authorities and the public.
- Skilled with smartphones, mobile apps, and Google Maps; own motorbike and good knowledge of Krong Steung Saen.
Special Priority
- Priority will be given to candidates living in Krong Steung Saen who know the local area well or have 1-year of experience in data collection, surveys, or fieldwork.
