We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our software development team. The selected candidate will support quality assurance activities for web and mobile applications, ensuring that systems are properly tested before deployment and user acceptance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and writing clear test cases based on system requirements and user stories.
- Performing functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing support.
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs or issues in the system.
- Following up with developers to ensure reported issues are fixed and retested.
- Preparing testing reports and summarizing testing results for the project manager.
- Supporting field trips to test applications with real users.
- Collecting feedback from real-users during field testing.
- Preparing UAT documents and supporting the sign-off process with clients or end users.
- Working closely with project managers, developers, stakeholders and real-users on field to ensure product quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
- Ability to write clear test cases and testing reports.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate issues clearly with developers and project managers.
- Willing to travel to provinces or field locations when required.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Experience with web app or mobile application testing is an advantage.
BONUS SKILLS
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or system workflows.
- Experience preparing UAT documents is a plus.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
